1. General Terms
1.1. The website https://handhistorypoker.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website”, “the platform”, “HisHands”) provides users with the ability to purchase access to a hand history database (mining), as well as other services related to poker statistics analysis data.
1.2. Any user who purchases services through the website (including access to the cloud service https://files.statname.net) confirms full agreement with these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.
1.3. All payments made on the website are final. Refunds are not provided, except as required by applicable law.

2. Prohibition on transferring data to third parties
2.1. All data purchased through the website (including hand history / mining) is intended for the personal use of the user.
2.2. The user is prohibited from:
— Fully or partially transferring, reselling, renting out, or otherwise distributing the data to third parties;
— Publishing data on external platforms (websites, forums, chats, social networks);
— Using the data for commercial or intermediary purposes without the written consent of the administration.

3. Use of the cloud service
3.1. By purchasing access through the website, the user receives access to the cloud service https://files.statname.net, the use of which is governed by separate Terms of Use for the cloud service.
3.2. Violation of the cloud service Terms will result in consequences specified in those Terms, including account deactivation without a refund.

4. Liability for violations
4.1. In case of violations of these Terms:
— The user’s account may be deactivated without a refund;
— Access to the purchased data may be restricted;
— The administration may take other measures at its sole discretion.
4.2. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials (login, password, tokens) and must prevent unauthorized access.

5. Changes to the Terms
5.1. The administration of HisHands reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
5.2. The current version of the Terms is published at https://handhistorypoker.com. Continued use of the website after the publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
